Cancellation Policy

A retainer will be required to finalize booking of your session. Please note this retainer is non-refundable, but can be used toward the cost of a future session within 3 months of the originally scheduled date (package price changes may apply; subject to availability). Reschedule requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days in advance for high demand dates (includes fall mini sessions, holiday mini sessions, studio sessions and weekend sessions in September-November) or 3 days in advance (all other sessions) or a $75 reschedule fee will apply. Clients who do not show up for scheduled sessions, or show up after the session time has lapsed, without contacting the photographer will forfeit their full retainer amount toward a no show cancellation fee. In the case of storms or rain on outdoor session dates, the photographer will contact you to offer alternative date(s) or indoor options.
